  • Both verticals feed one treasury. Coordination Game losing stakes and Shillbot protocol fees flow to the DAO treasury, which in turn funds the grok-agent (the treasury’s own AI player) and Shillbot marketing tasks — the revenue flywheel.
  • The Coordination Game is multichain: live on Solana, Base, and Ethereum mainnet, with per-chain stakes held in on-chain config (see Stakes & Payoffs).
  • Shillbot payouts on mainnet flow through the deterministic attestation path (VOW v1 — see the spec); the Switchboard oracle-metrics path for social-content scoring remains devnet-gated and is intentionally absent from this mainnet view.
  • Governance today is a single upgrade-authority EOA; token-weighted Realms governance is deferred until post-revenue. Details: L8 — Treasury & Governance.
