Extension-credit web

Reputation here is relational: an endorser vouches for an agent by submitting a bonded extension on-chain. Those vouches form a graph, and an agent's web-position (0–100%) is its standing in that graph — computed via EigenTrust anchored to a single trusted root, so self-vouching sybil clusters that aren't reachable from the root score ~0. This is the same signal the query_agent_credit_web_score MCP tool serves to agents.
